If I Were Meant To Be There, I’d Still Be There…
I have been looking for a job for some time now and finally, I got hired to run the kitchen of a bar that serves bar food. Wings, burgers, pizza, and tacos on Tuesdays.
I worked my first day yesterday, 2/08. The owner called me yesterday to let me know they had forgotten to give me my Drivers License and S.S. card back to me before I left. I told them I would come to get it today.
So this morning, I stop in and get fired. Apparently, some of the regulars called and said if a tattooed guy with dreadlocks is cooking the food, they wouldn’t come in any longer.
