These are the exact ingriedents I used in making this allergen safe, for my wife at least, homemade, easy to make chili recipe.

About 6 months ago my wife took a food allergen test. Turns out she is allergic to a LOT of very common foods. Specifically; Olives, garlic, cane sugar, corn, and cauliflower. I am 100% serious. Do you have any idea how hard it is to buy everyday food items without these ingredients? I guess I’ll start with why she got the test, to begin with.

Fibromyalgia sucks and we don’t even know what it is

About 7–8 years ago my wife was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and put on a series of steroids. Her body did not like the steroids and shortly she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. If any of you reading this suffers from fibromyalgia my heart goes out to you,

About two and a half years ago she began experiencing a new form of fatigue and also had developed Restless Leg Syndrome. We try to eat as locally and organically as we can and pay close attention to the foods we eat. The Dr’s answer was drugging and that wasn’t good enough for us. We are more Homeopathic.
