I turned 48 this year and decided it was time to get my butt back in shape. I have lost 65 pounds over the last 3 years but it is time to commit to getting the final 40 off.

I’m Not Going to Stress About Pounds

I have chosen to forgo a scale in place of a body fat caliper. I’m not super concerned about losing weight per se as I am about losing fat. My goal is to lose my belly, strengthen and tone the muscle I already have, and build endurance.

I have lived in Colorado for 28 years now and have always said someday I would run the Boulder Bolder 10K race, and I have now committed to running it in May of 2023.

My goal is to run it for Charity. I want to get sponsors and donors to raise money for outreach and advocacy for homeless and at-risk teens. My wife and I already raise money for a local organization on our website.

We sell custom T-Shirts on our podcast website and donate 20% to Urban Peak a local outreach and shelter program for runaway, homeless, and at-risk teens.

They were the first people to ever want nothing but for me to be safe so I wish to…
